Forensic Services

We are frequently instructed by non-technical parties to investigate a diverse range of problems and to provide them with clear, independent, accurate and reliable advice on the technical matters. This frequently includes assessing causation and the adequacy of design and construction.  Our advice informs our Clients and helps them to understand their position and navigate complex claims, disputes and litigation.

Our input ranges from initial advice to enable Clients to assess their position, through inspection and investigation, to the preparation of technical advice setting out our professional opinions on the matters of concern. Our work includes preparation of Expert Reports, attending Expert meetings and preparing Joint Statements, and giving evidence as Expert Witnesses to Courts and other Tribunals. We also frequently provide independent advice to our Clients for alternative dispute resolution processes, including mediations and adjudications.
